The DPL Foundation is proud to partner with BULK Space, an artist-led organization strengthening Detroit’s creative ecosystem.

Rooted in the North End, BULK Space supports artists working across experimental and emerging forms, creating space for collaboration, skill-building, and cultural expression. Their work centers artists who have historically been excluded from traditional institutions and ensures broader access to creative resources and opportunities.

This partnership supports key initiatives including the Mini Black Zine Fair Detroit, an expanding artist membership program, and the ongoing work that sustains BULK Space as a vital hub for creative experimentation and community connection.
